I think 10 is a stretch. Maybe 9. And when I say "should be", I'm not exactly being literal. Given Florida's population, demographics, high school football, etc, yea they SHOULD be a hell of a lot better than the likes of Bama and LSU every single year, but for whatever reason they rarely have been.
