Finally got around watching the replay on the DVR.

That damn dude is a freaking nightmare for OL.
When he pancake the RT on a bull rush was crazy. He blew his arse up.

Matt Millen giggled a lot when he watched Jones play, but the Goobers in the truck either didn't have replays or didn't think it was worth showing him demolish an LSU OL player yet again.

I am waiting for the day when he breaks free and a running back decides to come pick him up. That should be epic, but my guess is the RB will just throw a Look Out block to save his career.

He needs to play and he needs to play a lot. He was dominant against LSU. They had no answer for him.

I'm also a fan of rotating him between DT and DE

I had some great seats at the LSU game: 5 rows up on the 40 yd line and I had not realized how huge this guy is until I saw him up close and from a lower perspective. When the team huddled on the sidelines, he stood out in height as well as overall body mass. He was blowing up the offensive line when he was in and I noticed they had him sitting out on the play where LSU was 3rd and 19, and there was zero pass rush. I did notice Quay Evans getting pushed around when we only rushed 3. I hope that isn't a common occurrence in the future.

I remember seeing him around some huddles and stuff Saturday and he just looked like the biggest guy on the field, period.

We have the best dl coming up we have ever had. At one time jones, evans, and jefferson was in at the same time. Was great to see.

There must be a name for those as a unit.

Chris Jones is a mufrickin MAN.

Me and Bundy met him after the Troy game, (now me and bundy are big dudes okay), he was man handling us, practically throwing us around like rag dolls in just giving us bro hugs, you know where you grasp right hands and do a little hug tap on the shoulder. Dude has no idea how strong he is.

I look forward to seeing an awesome career out of this guy, he will be one of the most dominant forces to ever come out of Starkville.

:elitedawged:

Jones is having a very good year but I'm not sure how anyone can say it isn't arguable when RN has more tackles and TFL. Chris has gotten to the QB more I'll give him that
