Total Defense:

Auburn - 92nd
Bama - 86th

Scoring Defense:

Auburn - 33rd
Bama - 71st

Also, which team, if any, is more likely to hold LSU to under 500 yards of offense?

A&M has played three horrendous defenses, so not sure how legit their offense really is.

Yep those are legit stats. No doubt we will give up 42 points per game.

Bama has played the #3 team in Total Offense and the #2 team in Total Defense. We're 2-0.

Also you did not include USA, Troy, and Samford. And I am pretty sure they are all a good bit better than us on D.

Why can't LSU rejoice in their own wins against 3 cupcakes instead of looking for deficiencies in their big brother's wins against name opponents?

Truly sad. Y'all have played 3 good games (granted, against bad teams) and cannot find anything to say about yourself.

TAMU is going to have to pull their offensive starters after the Q1, just like last year.

I like what I'm hearing. Alabama is 2-0 and has passed one of its biggest tests of the season, but the common refrain is that Alabama pretty much sucks. After first game it was - "the offense is terrible." After second game it is - "the defense is terrible." Hope the media and people in general continue to run with this. Last thing Alabama needs to hear is people crowning them.

I'm staggered at the level of obsession and desperation by an alarming number of LSU fans. It's kind of pathetic.

21-0.
