If so where did you hear it?

Nope. I warned everyone before the season not to get too high on the "AND CHRIS BLACK OMFG!!!!1!!!" train. Everyone got caught up on the "He was just as good as Coop" hype when it was simply untrue. I remember the early part of camp last year and everything I heard was "Amari Cooper is amazing!". By all indications Chris Black was good, but no one was saying he was as good as Coop. Then he got hurt and the legend kinda took on a life of it's own. Chris Black is going to be a fine and great player for us. But he's no Coop.

Of course. He's gonna play some in the slot, just don't expect him to hog all of Ch. Jones' snaps away from him. Jones is gonna make it hard for Black to see the field, and Black isn't an outside WR.

Coming out of HS the services had Black as the better but we know that is the services. But I do remember hearing really good things about him in spring camp last year and some reports if I recall had him slightly ahead or right with Cooper. Fall camp though I heard more things about Cooper.

I think the main difference is Black has more people to beat out and unless Falkins plays huge this year no one can compare to what Cooper brings to the table.

I have to honest,I began to believe his clippings in the off season.I've just got sit back and give these kids time to settle in.They all were great in H.S. Have YouTube Videos.Derek Henry looked Super Human in his but he was playing against some much smaller guys at times. Some of these guys will catch on and blend in with the starters and some will not.
