Houston, Gates, and Andrews (at center, obviously) threw a lot of "look out" blocks Saturday...why not give JT a shot to protect Murray's blindside?

At this point why not? He's cross trained there before so it's not completely foreign to him. He's long enough so I say give it a shot.

Every option should be considered. Move Gates back inside where he can be a human bulldozer.

Absolutely. Gates just isn't getting it done against quick DEs and it wouldn't get any better this weekend.

Also wish we'd move Burnette to center and Gates to guard.

A lot of folks bought the load of crap being sold that Gates had improved a lot over last year. I didn't buy it for a second. I'm up for any change because the current situation isn't working

We should run right at Clowney and double-team him with the LT taking the inside and the FB hitting him on the outside. As long as we hit him high there's no penalty on a double-team.

My hate for David Andrews is unhealthy right now. He got his arse whipped all night long.

3 holding penalties on him alone I think

Twice negating big plays IIRC

I see a couple of JUCO linemen in y'all's future... any room left? And a new strength & conditioning coach.

They all got blown of off the los for most of the night, but Gates should definitely not be playing tackle.

I'm all for anything new at this point. I know it's been 1 game, but OL was supposed to be a strength and they got worked by an undersized ACC DL

Real talk I like John Thomas, but I was concerned about his brand of training from the beginning.

Real talk: I think the noise fcked up the line play big time.

They were confused like a m'fcker & could not communicate properly. (Murray too)

Good Lord...I agree with Christopher. All of our other tough games are either at home or neutral site. That should help out tremendously.

Think about it, in a loud stadium the defensive end knows when the ball has been snapped at the same time is the left tackle because no one can hear the snap count. Under those conditions the defensive and is going to win alot.
