We are all in DECLINE at this point.
The season needs to hurry up and start.

quote:Actually, Connor is the son of Wes and the grandson of Bama legend Billy Neighbors.
His nephew walked on at LSU a few years ago
And he still is at LSU....
quote:
Connor returned to Alabama with his head down after last season's national championship game. The Crimson Tide romped to a 21-0 victory, totally shutting down the LSU offense.
"A bunch of my friends talked a lot of smack to me," he said. "I just had to take it on the chin."

He walked on at LSU just in time to watch us win 3 national championships.

How is this measured? # of First round draft picks?
Cause right now it sounds like he is covering for 'Bama offense being weak.

With all the Alabama talk today on the rant I figured he would be around. I guess they didnt let him have computer time between arts and crafts and coloring.

I'll go out on a limb and say it definitely won't be near one of Bama's best D"s
Maybe Top 20

Really does not matter if Conner was good enough for Bama or not. His whole family tree played at Bama and he came to LSU
I could be wrong but I think he is 2nd string FB. Dude has made huge strides since coming to LSU. Oh and by the way stop being a tit.

Wes Neighbors is a former Bama player and hosts a radio show here in Alabama. His nephew walked on at LSU a few years ago because he wasn't good enough to play at Alabama.
His youngest son went to LSU. His oldest played at UA and then finished up being a student assistant.

CJ Mosley, who was a key member of the 2011 defense, said on Twitter that he was excited about this defense. In a reply Xzavier Dickson said it'd be the best to ever come through Bama, and CJ agreed.

DL handles replacing 2/3 starters before I buy into that
We're probably more talented at the Ends, but Ivory is a big drop off from Jesse. Lake has potential though. Can't replace experience though. If Ivory can be single blocked he's gonna lose that starting job.

But what about the turrible o line play you told us about
quote:
Not sure what that has to do with a thread talking about defense.
OP doesn't understand the correlation between great defensive play and bad offensive line play in practice due to blatant homerism.

But I suppose the turrible o-line play could have had something to do with how great that defense looked.
OP suddenly understands the correlation between the Offense and Defense during practice. intellectual strength is strong with this one...
