Love Chicago, hate the winter.
Main reason we want to head south is cheaper property tax and bigger yard. Got one boy (2) another due next month and the wife wants a girl. So we are probably adding a third in a few years.

After some back and forth we signed a contract. They have 5 days to inspect the house and could walk but I'm hopeful shite goes smoothly.
