Does LSU sweep or really sweep Alabama this weekend?

Young team, sluggish bats, solid pitching, and decent defense. That's about all the positives I can find. Would love to steal one, so we're not having to rely on a series sweep over Missouri and Texas A&M just to find a way into a regional. It's going to be tough coming out of this weekend 23-19 (8-10).

Hoping for the sweep. We still need to make up ground from all the times you beat us in the 50's, 60's, and 70's

I think Alabama has a really good chance to at least take 1 and maybe the series this weekend. Bama isn't as bad as they've played lately and LSU isn't as good as they think they are. Bama should have a good crowd behind them Saturday and Bama has the pitching edge on Sunday.

Sweep of the 1st order. Just an honest eval, I don't see any game being within 4 runs. Major College playing Junior college in this one. This is a series you get some experience with younger guys playing the last couple innings. We'll have a competitive team again one day. Not this day.

We're better than you're letting on. We have a load of talent but it is all in the freshmen and sophomore classes. So many youthful playing errors and judgment lapses.

LSU's bats will need to heat up to sweep IMO. Sunday pitching for LSU is nightmarish if we have to use much of the bullpen Friday or Saturday.

You won't have to use your pen the first two games. Our young squad gets absolutely shut down against good starting pitching.

How's Mikey White doing? I graduated with him from Spain Park and he was one of my best friends growing up. That kid put in WORK growing up to be a great ball player, his dad had him on a professional training schedule basically. He played high level baseball all year round. I'm curious to know how he's doing at Bama
