Watch the video and tell me who was better over all in careers both in the SEC and NBA. Dominique Wilkins played at GA and was great but even he did not have the overall SEC record and record in the NBA.

No need to watch the video. Pete Maravich.
Shaq might have been if he had stayed 4 years.
If we go by NBA rings, it's Robert Horry.

Mediocre in college on a mediocre team, he wasn't even the best center in the SEC at that time.

Being a bit player who supports good players does not make you a great player.

Is this comment referring to Pete?

I guess I'm too optimistic. I thought maybe if I put a laughing emoticon after my Horry comment that even a Georgia fan would get that it was a joke.
Of course, if we ask Georgia fans, it has to be Trevor Releford.

Can't argue with any of that.
I may not consider Pistol the Best, but he was by far the most talented. Shaq was simply a dominant force, and Horry will go down has one of the most clutch players in the NBA IMO. I still remember that 3 against the Kings in the WCF for the win. Kobe and Shaq had both missed a tying shot, Divac swats the ball away thinking to end it, and it goes straight to Horry at the top of the key.

The fact that Horry actually guarded Shaq in college is a testament to how hard it is for Bama to recruit big men.
