It is really odd how venomous Saints fans are. The majority of Saints fans are also LSU fans. And the LSU fans, while quirky and kinda whiny, don't come off as borderline psychotic - at least, not in general. I don't get how that works.

Here's the thing, though.
Saints people take the Falcons trolling to unparalleled levels.
Retooc started a Falcons thread earlier. I counted three death wishes in those 2 pages before it finally got whacked. We can't even have a non-trolling "rise up" thread without it getting yanked because of all the trolls. It's ridiculous.
Now, I don't like UF fans, but I don't roll up into their threads and invite them to die in a fire, nor is that something you see on the reg on the SECr (outside of isolated incidents), nor should it be. But shite like that IS the norm for Falcons-related threads. And if you don't think that's the case, then you haven't been paying attention.
Growing up, I wasn't allowed to wish harm upon other people. Maybe things aren't like that down in the Bayou. In Georgia, though, it's considered poor taste to wish someone death by fire.
ETA: I realize not all Saints people are terrible. I'm sure 20% of them do 80% of the damage. It's god awful though.
