Little Johnny will be lucky to survive next season without injury. Bama will be out for revenge and LSU will have him in Tiger Stadium at night. He beter enjoy his 15 minues of fame. 2013 is gonna get ugly for him, very quickly.

Florida's gonna send him out in a body bag.

Arky's gonna frick him up.

LSU will break his leg in the first half.

He'll be lucky to survive the Bama game.

Can't go a whole season playing like that.

So are we gonna rinse and repeat this every year?

All indications are that LSU is on the decline. If you think attrition and injuries were bad this year, wait till next season. Les had a good run but all good things come to an end.
All LSU fans will be in denial about this, but the downward trend is obvious and has just started. All the indicators are there.

I think they will be a 9-10 win team next year. The interesting thing is going to be how the DC's prep for the start of the season. I recall Les Miles running 10-15 lbs off of his defense by quickening the pace of practice in preparation to play Oregon a few years back. I have no doubt the SEC DCs can scheme to slow down JM.

We will have Ole Miss, Auburn, and TAMU all playing spread systems(some run-based; some pass-based.) But we also have Bama, LSU, and eventually Arkansas that are going to play pro-style smash mouth fb.Miss St will continue to play good offensive fb as well. Gonna' be tough to be an SECw DC that is for sure.

To me, the more SEC teams evolve to fast-paced O's, the better the D's will be in handling them. Just my opinion.

It'll be interesting to see how OU handles the spread TAMU system. They are used to this type system, and I think they will move the ball quite easily on the TAMU defense as well. Should be a tough game.

Of course they can. Wait and see what happens with their juniors and we will talk about what their chances are. Same with the other schools in the west.

Idk why you guys say this when from what I've seen Trey Williams was the 3rd string guy this year.

Why not expect it to be Malena-T.Williams?

All these Aggies think JFF means victories. If they want to win the West they better work on a defense. Nobody and I mean nobody has won the West without a top 5 NCAA defense in quite a while. It dont matter if JFF puts up 40 a game if they are giving up 45 a game.

5 points away from doing it this year. Schedule is easier next year. But I bet there will be 20 LSU posters on this thread laughing at the notion.

Just in case you didn't reach 20.

Yeah, you're wrong on both these statements....

Auburn went undefeated in 2010 and werent even close to being a top 5 defense.

Aside from ONE game against La Tech (when we had 4 defensive starters out) no one scored more than 29 points against us (and the 29 came against Bama). With our offense, we very capable of beating anyone on our schedule if our defense holds people in the 20's...

Bama only scored 24 on A&M.

I believe ole miss put up 27 points, though.
