Apparently the Dlineman #99 Kelcy Quarles had already punched the guy earlier.
There were several plays from both sides that could've been flagged. At least 2 late hits on Shaw weren't called. I don't know how you don't call roughing the passer when the dude picked up Shaw and body slammed him. The player that launched helmet first at DL Moore out of bounds could be suspended as well just like the Ole Miss player and USC's DJ Swearinger from earlier this year. The intent was there.

Mostly because no one has a clip of it. They didn't show it on highlights or during the game.

he didn't pick him. Shaw jumped up to pass over his head. He was caught in mid-air and gently placed on his back and given a blankie and a pacifier.
