So I'm in Houston at a bar 
enjoying some drinks. This strange girl in an Ole Miss hat keeps running up to me and yelling Hotty Toddy. Then she runs off laughing.
Is this some kind of inside joke?
Possibly a mating ritual I'm not aware of?
