Joe Lunardi has Vandy a 7 seed is he on Crack?

After watching Vandy destroy Ole Miss last night and almost neat Kentucky on Saturday there is no doubt in my mind they are one of the top 10 teams in the nation when they are on. Yet Bracketologist Joe Lunardi has them as a 7 seed 
Does anybody think Lunardi is justified putting them at a 7 seed??

Based on RPI alone they should be around a 7 seed so it's not that far fetched.

Can't really argue it that much. Maybe they could be a slot higher, but their body of work isn't anything great at all.

I think Vandy has the makeup of a Final 4 team.

RPI is the most overblown stat in sports history. Look at Butler and VCU or even UCONN last year. It's all how you are playing at the end of the year.

Doesn't matter. Any team that loses to CSU is not a top 10 team. A 7 seed seems a bit low, but they are nowhere near a 2 seed.

I know this much, I won't have them going far in my brackets. Look for the typical Vandy collapse in first or second round. It happens every year...

I guess I'm the only person who saw them dominate OM at the tad pad. Something no SEC road teams have been able to do this year.

Vandy is way, way too inconsistent to go to the Final 4. Same story, different year.

Tinsley is a poor decision maker at best offensively and both Tinsley and Jenkins get absolutely destroyed by competent guards defensively. They will not make it out of the first weekend.

This. This might have been the second game this year where everything was clicking. We have potential to get hot, but I'm not holding my breath. Depending on how we finish, I'd say a 6 seed at the highest.

Vandy can beat anyone at home. Other than that, they're the same old Vandy. Not very good and won't do shite in the tourney.
