Can anyone prove the myth of the piss bomb at LSU?

Video, pics, victims, arrests? I have been on or around campus all of my life and have yet to see one. I have no doubt that there are frickwads that would think about doing it (people who tailgate on the SW side), but I would be surprised if they would actually do it.

It seems like it would be hard to piss in a balloon and tie it up without getting piss all over yourself.

Or you could just piss in a bottle and then fit the balloon over the neck of the bottle and pour said piss in.

i've been to BR since 1982 and never saw one.
BTW...its physically impossible to fill up a balloon by pissing or pouring in it. Not enough pressure to overcome the elasticity of the balloon.

Wrap balloon around funnel
Pour pee into funnel
Or if you've got a needle dick, you could skip the funnel.
