I agree with the top 3 and Rich Brooks is way too high.

Spurrier is overrated. He had success at Florida but those days are over. He has yet to put together anything close to the florida teams since. If he was that damn good, he would win championships no matter where he went.

Agree

I agree with this also, especially Richt. He has a pretty good record in his 8 years but he always seems to come up short, and he gets way to much credit when seasons don't work out. Plus he has the worst DC in the NCAA.

If only his 1 loss team could've gotten to the NCG. BUT LES MILES WON A NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP.

Top 3 are clear. Rich Brooks at 7 is laughable. Bobby Johnson is severely underrated nationally. What he's done to at least make Vandy respectable is nothing short of amazing.

Where did I say anthing about NCs. He does come up short when his teams are suppose to be badass. 2002 13-1 team Richt had was suppose to be shite. Also look at this year, #1 team coming into the season and doesn't even sniff the SECCG.

Also you keep calling Les out, its getting tiresome. You must be impressed with Les b/c he seems to be all you talk about.

2004, 2008..no doubt these teams underachieved..
But this is just false:

UGA was picked to finish 3rd..in the SEC East in 2002.

Richts 2002, 2003, 2005, 2007 teams all "overachieved".

And his record is a damn sight better than "pretty good".

Didn't Georgia lose 19 players to season ending injuries including some key O-line and defensive guys? Wasn't their O-line this past year mostly fresmen and sophomores?

Ok you got the jist of what I am saying. I glad you can comprehend things better than LuckyLee.

I didn't mean that he wasn't going to win 8 or 9 games, but this is shite in the eyes of UGA fans.

True, I never said he was a bad coach. I thinks he just keeps the well "shucks he's a great guy" that we will continue putting as one of the best coaches. At some point just winning 10 games a year can't be enough, you have to start to demand more of Richt and company or you will continue to just be a team that wins just the SEC every 4 to 5 years.

16 of those 19 guys were never going to see the field anyway.

Sturdivent (sp?) and Owens were there biggest blows during the year.

Not sure what you mean, but in 2002..a year you said we were "supposed to be the shite" we were picked by the Media, national pundits, and preseason polls to finish 3rd in our own division. We won The SEC and finished 13-1 something that earned LSU and UF NCs in 2003 and 2006/2008 respectively. 2003 was an even better coaching job though as we only returned 1 starter on offense in 2003 from that 2002 team, David Greene.

He's won better than 10 games in 3 of his 8 years. I'm not sure what you mean by the last sentence, and I'm sure you must be a fairly young fan. Winning the SEC every 4 to 5 years is well FANTASTIC...especially at a place that went 20 freaking years between SEC Titles. LSU has 3 SEC titles..in the last 20 years! SEC Titles are hard to earn.

Richt isn't the best coach in the conference, but he's a great coach.

horrible list miles should be 3rd.

fricking arse clowns at si have coaches that have no sec titles over miles.

and until richt wins a nc he shouldn't be ahead of a coach that has won a nc.

the ole ball coach is diff bc that title was over 12 years ago and has been no where near as good lately
