I know jackshit but here are my guesses:

MOST LIKELY

OL Jack DeFoor
DE/LB Tariqious Tisdale
RB/LB Jarrion Street (position change?)
TE/LB Jacob Mathis (position change?)
OL Chandler Tuitt
OL Royce Newman
RB D'Vaughn Pennamon
S Greg Eisworth
TE Gabe Angel
RB/LB Justin Connor (position change?)

THERE'S A CHANCE

WR Tre Nixon (because we have so many damn WR)
WR DK Metcalf (because we have so many damn WR)
OL Bryce Matthews
LB Donta Evans
C Eli Johnson

DEFINITELY WILL NOT

QB Shea Patterson
WR AJ Brown
DL Benito Jones
DL Charles Wiley
S Deontay Anderson
CB Jaylon Jones
OL Greg Little
CB/S Myles Hartsfield
TE Octavious Cooley

I feel like both Nixon and Metcalf have to RS, but it might just be Nixon.

String
Quincy
Pack
Jones
Lodge
Brown
Jefferson
Bledsoe

RS: Nixon, Metcalf

If Metcalf plays, it won't be much. I really hope he (and the rest of our non-SR wideouts) redshirts and works a ton with Shea this year.

That looks pretty great. I think one of those WR won't not sure who. Also hoping that Donta doesn't redshirt but thats just because he is a instant impact guy. Bryce is one I could also see not redshirting. Want to ask about Myles Hartsfield you think he is an instant CB rotation guy?

Freeze seems to be really, really high on Hartsfield so I figured he'd see the field some this year. Especially with our uncertainty at those positions.

Donta will probably have to play due to us just not having a ton of bodies at the LB position.

The OL were the toughest to gauge because you never really know what you've got but we did suffer some attrition across the line so some of these young guys might have to suit up.

In a perfect world, all 3 of our FR WR would redshirt but AJ won't. He's already talked about looking forward to playing with Swag and if he's Treadwell's heir apparent, we need to get him worked in so he can be THE MAN in 2017.

Plus teams are going to be focused on the likes of String and Adeboyjo, etc. I have to believe that putting Brown out there will cause all sorts of mayhem for an opposing secondary. Reality is teams are going to have to put their best cover corners on String (possession) and Adeboyjo (deep threat speed). I can see Brown snagging a lot of balls as a FR.

Now do you think J Jones will be in the rotation for the Rover spot this year or are you putting him as straight CB?

Man, we're loaded. You get around to covering those three and Van Jefferson is going to be running precise and irritating routes out of the slot just to frick with you.

Then you figure those four out and Evan Engram is catching balls underneath while Damarcus Lodge is already behind your safety/linebacker.

Rinse. Repeat. Fap. Jism. Rinse. Repeat.

Like I said, I know jackshit but I've always thought of him as a pure corner. He's 5"11', 182 lbs. He's sort of small to be mixing it up at the line of scrimmage.

Don't think Pennamon will redshirt. Not enough depth for that IMO.

The way I see it, he'd be the 4th option at best. Probably 5th or 6th. I hope like hell that we won't have to rely on Pennamon at any point this year.

Not sure about this either. Why wouldn't you redshirt him? He's not the starter so unless you want to put him in during garbage time (which there won't be a ton of) or Swag gets injured then I don't see the point of not redshirting him.

Bc if you believe he's only here for three years then you should get him as many game reps as possible.

And there will be a lot of garbage time.

I think most of us see Shea as a 3 year player. Even garbage time is time on the field during an actual game and I'd feel better going into 2017 with Shea having actually played a few snaps here and there. Then again, I know jackshit.

ETA: what Realist said.

QBs don't play by the same 3 and out rules, by in large.

Outside of Wofford, where do you see a ton of garbage time?

Florida State
WOFFORD
ALABAMA
GEORGIA
MEMPHIS
Arkansas
LSU
AUBURN
GEORGIA SOUTHERN
Texas A&M
Vanderbilt
MISSISSIPPI STATE
