I wonder if that is the first time Dick Cheney has ever been on a Rant thread.

I actually think we beat Arkansas. Simply because with Speaks, Nkraken, & Fadol on the Dline, I think we can stop them.

LSU we will play hard, but if our offense sputtered against Auburn in what could be defined as the greatest revenge game ever, than Idk what will happen vs. LSU.

State will be incredibly loud, ad we have not done well in incredibly loud environments. State will play us very hard, so I'll call it a probable loss.

I'm pretty sure I heard the announcers say "This is loud, but imagine Ole Miss at State."

I'm some body that thinks people should support their team after the get an SEC win and control their own fate to win the SEC Championship. I know I'm weird.

I've never been to Starkville so I can't vouch for how loud it is but at points yesterday Auburn was quite loud yesterday and I was sitting in the upper deck.

Two things people are not taking into consideration are:

1) Arky is the perfect game to get our D prepared prior to LSWho. They are basically a JV version of the Brackwater Bengals because they run downhill and it will prepare our D to fill the gaps accordingly while also possibly getting TC some live game snaps (fingers crossed). Nothing will really prepare a team for LF7 but if we play Arky well as far as gap assignment then it bodes well for the Rebels.

2) We have a bye prior to LSWho. That will really help in game preparation and getting healthy for the last 2 games. Where as LSWho is going to play Bama and I can't imagine they will come out of that game unscathed!

As for The Egg Bowl....I have always been a "home team wins it" guy but this year I feel differently. They way they have played this year with Dak throwing more really plays into the strength of the Ole Miss D. Then again Muffins can start running Dak and dash my hopes

I did not hear that. But I definitely heard Tom Luginbill say it was louder at Auburn than at State. I vividly remember him making a big deal out of how loud he thought it was at State, too.

Hopefully one of the best things that will prepare us for LSU is Alabama tenderizing #7 after Les Miles runs him up in there 25-30 times.

I agree with everything you said, but don't really see us making any changes in our game plan that will enable us to beat LSU.

Am I the only one who thinks this year teams that pass can really do more damage against us than teams that run?

Outside of Bama we haven't really faced a downhill running team. Still tough to tell how we will do. Hopefully Conner is back and it changes everything.

vs. LSU, I'm obviously aware of how devastating LF might be against us, but frankly, the deep passes to Dupre are what I think will be the most harmful.
