That seems like a pretty accurate description of my experience. Has anyone ever had izzo's illegal burrito and is it good? I have one across the street from me

I like them for a quick bite to eat while cutting the carbs (I get the bowl, sans rice, double beans). Been to that one numerous times, client/friend lives right down Old Fannin so it is convenient.

Izzo's is pretty good and easy on the wallet. I got a "felony size" burrito and a coke one day and it was only $10.00 or so. It is good hangover food.

I've never had Foosackly's but all my Mobile people swear by it.
I like Cane's, but it used to be much better.

Haha yeahhh... One of the bars here does 3.50 pitchers and 50 cent wings on Wednesdays... On top of that they have this massive beer pong tourney and winner gets a 25 dollar bar tab

There are a shite ton of places to eat though and not far from the coast and the Okatoma is right up the road for some kayaking so, it's not so terribly bad
