If I’m Carter, I’m point blank asking Beard if the rumors of him wanting the job and using back channels to negotiate with Arkansas are true. If he says no then “ok, sign this extension before you leave this room”.

Still around. Just made an odd hiring. Hillman basically nuked the Syracuse program when he was there. The whole team transferred out.

Oh frick. Just looked him up. He resigned during an investigation into him having inappropriate contact with players and abuse. 11 of their players were transferring out.

According to his wiki he hasn't even worked since being fired. Not even as an assistant for three years. Tried to get a job in Spain but they didn't even want him. That should tell you something.

Since it's been officially announced, I imagine Keith gave it his stamp of approval. It's a really bad look and Yo and the program deserve any criticism it gets as a result of it.

I have heard he is gone from multiple people on his staff. Coaching searches are the most fluid out of anything but I believe as of right now he’s gone
