You should've gone to the new Neon Pig instead. They don't serve wine or liquor, but they have a fine beer selection, and some of the nicest cuts of meat I've seen in town. It's definitely my new favorite place in town. Haven't been to the original in Tupelo to compare though.

Yes, and they're about 3/4 a mile apart on Lamar, so it can get confusing. Neon Pig, which opened about a month ago, is in the same shopping center as Snackbar, BBB, and Jinsei, across from Volta and Handy Andy's. Blind Pig, which has been in Oxford for probably a decade by now, is around the corner from Bouré and is basically a rathskeller underneath Ya-Ya's and one of the dress shops.

I've been to the roof top bar at the Graduate and it was nice. Looking forward to staying there in May for graduation but man it cost me some serious $$$$$ for the stay.

Like I said we paid under $200 for the room (bar tab raised it considerably). I'm sure football weekends will be crazy expensive and will likely have a multi-night minimum. There was a basketball game the day we stayed there so that is encouraging I guess. Overall I thought it was a good deal.

Not very often. We try to make the trip when lsu is in town and squeeze in random trips in between. Didn't make the lsu game this year (thankfully )
