What the frick does a 20 win season get you? You're full of shite and have been since the beginning of the basketball season with your bipolar attitude and terrible predictions.
If we make the NCAA this year, I'd say give him 2-3 more years. That's the ultimate goal that is very realistic. The two coaches before him took us to FIVE NCAA tourneys in 14 years combined. We've been to 1 in (possibly) 9 years if you haven't been keeping up. It's not acceptable.

Seriously though, I hte the one more year mantra but I would give it to Kennedy. He seems to do things one step at a time but there has been improvement. Just look at FT%, ya'll sucked last year and were on point this year.
If he can secure Malik Newman, I think he is worth keeping

A word of caution. We fired Stans after winning 21 games and getting screwed out of the tourney. There are worse things than being competitive and winning 20+ games a year.

Sure he was fired after that but there's a lot more to it than that. Ray was left with absolutely nothing to work with. That's a good example of why we need to be more proactive about it and get someone in when we feel the time is right. Not when the entire program is on brink of collapse.
If we make the NCAA, you can't and shouldn't fire the guy. If he doesn't, maybe show some respect and give him a year or 2 in the new arena. Hopefully we can maintain the average to above-average play and bring someone else in to build upon that. Not start from scratch.
