Coach at Ole Miss or coach in LA for the defending Super Bowl champions? It’s not a shock

Yea I dont blame him for taking it, it's just like what are the odds.

We get a special teams coach from Marshall and he's on staff for a couple months and the superbowl champs come calling. We cant catch a break

You can be successful and hire good coaches and people will try to poach them or you can suck and no one will want your crappy coaches. I know what I prefer

I betcha Kiffin is tired of finding and hiring damn coaches, though.

I mean it's kind of an ingenious way to raise money from the program.

Hire a new coach. Immediately have a different program pay us a buyout.

All the coaches are getting promotions. That has to look attractive to potential assistants. I don't mind becoming an assistant coach pipeline. It seems to work for Alabama.

Not a fan of all the turnover, but this is true. Not one coach left us for a lateral move. That's when you need to start worrying. Just look over at AU for a coaching change situation you don't want. They will fire that guy at the end of next year, and start a loooong rebuild. We have to be ready for Kiffin to leave too. 9 wins or better next year and he will be a hot commodity.

That's when we need Freeze 2.0.

Have to be digging deep into that list. I've never seen any team lose the complete staff from one year to the next where the head coach has stayed the same. Between coaching and player turnover it's like starting from scratch again.
