There theory is academic fraud and that NCAA members get advance notice when the NCAA is about to hand out an LOI to a rival school. My questions are this:
1) Why would the NCAA notify rival schools?
2) Has the NCAA hammered UNC where the academic fraud was systemic & publicly available ?
3) If is is the Saunders crap wouldn't it be a slap on the wrist since we are the ones that put the NCAA on him?
Maybe I am crazy but it surely seems like their logic is being colored by anger/hatred

This is kind of the problem with cheating. It's a little bit of a slippery slope, like drugs. It's never good enough & you lose discipline & go to the well to often.
This what I'm talking about. Ole Miss is going to get themselves in trouble because they don't have the discipline to draw the line. They just keep going, going, & going. Unlike Clemson, who's done this over a number of years, Ole Miss has lost control of their Network & it's obvious.
IMO, when you cheat, you need to do it incrementally, have patience, & slowly build it over a number of years in order to keep things appearing "realistic". When you do what Ole Miss is doing right now, you may as well be a bank robber that takes his mask off & waves at the camera.

Think the guys name is David Saunders. He was on staff twice at Ole Miss. Second time it was under Nutt but the Athletic Dept wouldn't let him take a coaching position (wonder why?)...he sued and left to take a position under Hud over at ULL. Long story short there was a reason why we wouldn't let him become a coach and our lawyers were involved from the get go with the ULL investigation.
