I don't remember him breaking his foot. I thought it was just lingering turf toe.
I'm with you though. I'd be surprised if Judd is much better than anybody we already have.

Further credence to my theory that the hammer is comin!! #Elite
I'm honestly happy to see the backfield thin out. Hate it for Mathers because I always liked him, but we did have a shite load of running backs with no where to put them. Hope he does well at MTSU.

I swear some of you guys could be told Brazley will be nfl MVP in two years and fricking believe it. If you truly believe losing Mathers and Dodson is a positive, please leave this board. this is the dumbest post I've read on this board in months.

I was hoping Brazely would get the axe instead of Mathers but ultimately I don't think it really matters. Mathers' time as our #2 rb was over.
You can talk about Mark all you want but when he got his chances against real competion he didn't really do anything with it. 33 carries for 3.7 ypc and 121 yards.
In fact, other than Brazely he was statistically our worst RB this year. So I get that he had a great game against Presbyterian but I don't get why people are acting like we just lost Bo Jackson.
eta: Actually Brazely did more with his opportunities this year than Mark (again, other than Presbyterian which doesn't count).

Other than the pres game I don't remember Eugene getting more than 4 yards in any carry haha. Which game should I go back and watch to see him?

Other than Presbyterian where he had 10 carries for 45 yards, Brazley only had 16 carries on the season for 83 yards and 5.18 ypc. Not like he was killing it or anything.

he had 34 against Vandy, 29 against ULL and 20 against Ark.

I don't think anyone is saying cool let's lose all of our players. Attrition happens and the better you recruit the better the players will be that jump ship for lack of playing time.
It is safe to say Mathers had zero impact this year. I'm not sure what the reasoning was but he didn't play well. What kind of player transfers going into his senior year? Personally I don't lose any sleep over guys leaving. It comes with the territory.

I think the players nicknamed Judd either "The Bus" or "The Train". I will take him running like either if it's means we have someone who can move the pile.

Great nickname. That's what we need a bus. And set Big Lig as a decoy and blocker.
Also I read where brazley was making cuts that none of the other backs could make. So he could be a lightning type rb.

Maybe you are thinking of Mathers whose nickname is I Train.

Brazley will replace Walton as our paas catching RB when Walton graduates.

Neal says he has heard of possibly 5 more names that could be gone.

If we bring in the center from Wake Forest I wouldn't be surprised to see Still gone.

No, on The Season they had a specific nickname for him and showed a clip of him running on the scout team....

I hope we do a cool choo choo motion when he's going to run it
