Do you think Kelly stays one more year or comes out? Right now I beleive he would be a top 3 qb coming out. He has some things to polish up does he stay in college to do that or moves onto the next level. I really hope he comes back cause he is really special and without him I don't see us going but maybe 7-5 at best.

That's the 10 million dollar question. Wonder when we find out?

Hope he stays. Feel he stays.

One thing that I think is a factor is the following.

NFL teams seem to really be weighing the issues of off the field issues lately. Yes Kelly has been great since he has been in Oxford but his past is still pretty recent. I think the NFL will want to see another full year of him staying out of trouble and leading a Sec team through the gauntlet again.

Also maybe I'm wrong hopefully I'm wrong. But i just don't know about Kelly as a NFL QB. I think he may be one of those GREAT college QBS. But not sure how he will be in pros.

Also there is some quote from him last night pretty much saying that he knows we should have won the West but we will try again next year. Or something loosely along those lines.

On a loosley related note, the kid can flat run. It ain't a "pretty gate," but he's moving along much faster than it appears. With that said, however, his running ability has become quite a weapon for the Ole Miss offense and has also become a big part of his game but that would do nothing but get him hurt in the NFL ala RG3.

Chad joins the company of Tebow, Manziel, Cam, and Tim Couch as being the fifth SEC player to put up 4000 yards in a season

He beat Bama, Auburn (lulz), and State in their house

If you need any indication of this guys talent, watch Stringfellows second TD... He whips a laser between two defenders and underneath a safety to a crossing route no one even saw open... He's the real deal, for college at least

Everyone inside the program thinks he stays no question. With CK at QB next year we could be good.

I think he needs to stay. I don't know if his draft stock is high enough this year. I think Laquon is gone but wouldn't it be nice if he stayed. Quincy will probably stay since he's been overshadowed by Laquon and he cam stay and make a name for himself. Tunsil is gone. RK may stay or may go. I think it's been his plan to go after the junior year bit we could be surprised.

He is a badass... So glad he came to OM and I hope to God he stays cause we start off with FSU/UGA/Bama next season.. But he isnt a top 3 NFL QB draft wise this year... He just isnt... OP is still riding that Egg Bowl win high... Nothing wrong with that.

I am perfectly ok with that... He, Gross, Chief, and Gates could anchor a defense

We just need some of these freshmen to come in and show out

Next year will be our "down" year, but with good freshmen play, how far down may not be so bad

If Kelly comes back we will have the best offense in the SEC next season. Patterson and Pellerin getting work for the following season.

Lock down Little at LT with C. Morris as his backup.
Taylor, Sims, Patterson and Bouldin at the guards.
Conyers and Freely at center.
Rawlings and Givens at RT.

Add the LT from Michigan for some more depth at the tackle position and redshirt the rest of the o-line class if possible.

Wilkins, Judd, Brazely, and Sweeney return from injury.

What about that run by Wilkins last night. Who knew it could be like that when out in space?

TE's will be good, but not as experienced if Engram leaves. Cooley and/or Nauta would be great additions.

WR's will be formidable again.
String, Jones, Lodge, Adeboyejo, Pack and Jefferson returning. With DK and a couple of others coming in to help out.

I don't see why we can't open the rest of the playbook in Chad's 2nd season and let him make a run at the Heisman and NC.

This offense managed to set the single season record for yards and didn't have LT for 7 ball games. I think a 2nd season would be even more prolific for the Rebels and Chad.

Defense will be fine. Quit playing soft cover 2 and attack like the Landsharks of the past.

Christian Morris football career unfortunately is over.

We need Little in the worst way. Even if we get him, I think someone else starts game one at LT. First game against FSU would be tough for any freshman.

My biggest concern next year is leadership in defense. Hilton, CJ, and Elston were the leaders.

Tony has to be more vocal.

And that's asking him to do something he has never done. Not even in HS. Maybe the Moore twins, but they have to be better prepared to make plays on the field. CJ Hampton isn't a vocal guy either. Maybe Gates? Speaks seems somewhat vocal.

I think we will really miss Treadwell's blocking, I don't think there is any WR on the team who can block like him.
