Offenses shouldn't get progressively worse. That's a concern.

We were missing our starting RB, TE, and LT. Ever since Engram has gone down our offense has struggled. We don't have the depth yet on offense, and next season assuming everyone gets healthy and we bring in a few freshmen, our offense should get better. Our offense needs a TE, and without it we have struggled.

There's no excuse for this shite, anyway you spin it. There's nothing positive to take from it so drop it and move on.

They normally do when they lose a starting RB,(Scott) two starters on the OL(Morris and Tunsil)and two starting TEs.(Morgan and Engram) One of which was having a freshman all American type year.

I really don't believe the playcalling is as bad as it seems to be. I think the O-Line play has been awful, moreso against the run, and that has made us one dimensional. We have to pray we get some depth along the offensive line at that Aaron Morris rounds back into form. We need better RB's too.

The loss of Engram was huge too. You can see it.

I'm not looking for a quick fix at all just being realistic. Our recruiting is fine for now but we've got to start winning big games and if that doesn't happen next year(key words here) then the cycle will just start over. The goal should be to get to Atlanta because until that stigma is lifted we will always be a laughing stock

I would like to think we could manage to get in the endzone a couple of times despite those loses.

Very true. We just have to pray we get more depth this recruiting class. I wish we could find a player in the mold of Mackey again. He was an X-factor.

We are two years removed from the worst year of football this university has ever seen and you think its realistic to think two years removed we should win the West??? Based off of what? Some teams losing a QB?

Start winning big games? We just beat #6 LSU. What cycle are you talking about? The goal is always to get to Atlanta.

Why are we a laughing stock? We won 7 games last year and have a chance at 8 this year. We currently have the #15 recruiting class in the country. There is nothing to laugh about. This isn't microwave football. There is no quick fix. 2014 should be a good year. Winning the west? I'm not expecting that. Would be great if it happened.

I think cooler heads will prevail once everyone takes a chill pill and this game wears off.

Jesus fricking Christ did I say I expected to be in Atlanta or that we would be there you fricking idiot? No I said our most REALISTIC chance is/was next year. I've already told you what I reasonably expect and that's to score an offensive TD. It's absolutely unacceptable.

We aren't going to close perfectly and we will still be fifth in the west in recruiting. I want you to read what I type next carefully: if we don't start winning big games starting next year ole miss will fire Freeze in year 5 and we will be doing the same shite again(regardless of whether it's the right decision or not) that we've been doing our entire lives. Such is life in the reactionary SEC. I DO NOT THINK HE SHOULD BE FIRED just so you understand what I'm saying.

Did most of y'all not see this coming? I mean yeah I was optimistic that we'd win but I honestly thought it would go either way.

offenses get progressively worse the more weapons/lineman you lose to injuries. I don't know why this is such a surprise to everyone. I've been telling people for weeks that the trenches is what will lose us this game.

Normally when individuals have nothing to support their argument they result to name calling. You say our realistic chance is next year like we are going to drop back to 7 wins from there on out. That's not building a program, that is a quick fix. That is trying to get that one special run. That David Cutcliffe type run. I don't want that. I want a sustained program.

This is the mindset that has to change. You say start winning big games. We just beat LSU when they were #6 in the country without 6 or 7 starters. How much bigger can it get?

As a fan base our expectations at times are so freaking unrealistic. Get ready for disappointment next year if we have the same kind of injuries we had this year. Let Freeze work and stay out of the way with the freaking expectations. If its year five and we still are only winning five or six games then yes there is a issue. Year two, we are still ahead of schedule. With the talent he saw on the team when he walked in he didn't think we'd make a bowl game until year 3!!!!

frick it we'll never beat Bama, LSU, Auburn, and A&M, lets just give up and disband our football program.
