I went up to the nice suites during the spring game, and believe it or not the Nutt family still has a suite up there

Also, on the nutrition part I'm pretty sure Nutt wanted to go with a food stipend instead of a trainer's table. Give them just enough for the dollar menu and some Oxford brown, great idea

Yeah, and that motherfricker would also order like 50 domino's pizzas after practice too.

"Whoo boy, lotta energy out there, chinstraps, holdin' on to ropes, Enrique Davis, now here's a mountain of carbs and fat to completely frick up all the exercise you just done did whoo golly."

He fricking clocked out after year two, and it's pretty fricking obvious. He was just going through the motions, and the fans, players, and administration suffered through that shite. Freeze might be a goofy frick who needs a damn orthodontist, but he's got a puritan work ethic that cannot be beat.

I mean he said this stuff almost word for word immediately post-firing in an interview with Brando.

At least he had the decency to do a last press conference after he was let go. I remember him saying "This is a great place. It will always have a place close to my heart. And if there's one thing I want to tell the fans and the program it would be this. You're not far off. You're not far off."

That last line for some reason always gave me chills.

Henry is right. Masoli was so freaking good as a Rebel it wasn't funny. He was basically all we had that year.

A lot of people don't realize how much it helped that Masoli could run bc he was running for his life most of the time and most other QBs would've been killed

In private. In public he'd be way too cordial.

There is no end to Houston Nutt's shamelessness. Once again, he proves what a colossal narcissistic moron he is.
