Both have decided to skip the LSU game and the bowl game.

I'm sorry but frick them. Two days before the last game and they pull this?

If the coaches have known about this I'm more understanding but it's still a shitty thing to do with one game left

Hope they both end up as free agent signings w/ the Jets. NY or Winnipeg (and I can't decide which would be worse).

I sorta don't blame Moore and he doesn't have much left if anything to prove, but Yeboah may very well be making a big ol' mistake. He started out with a bang, but he's not done much lately. I wish them both the best of luck. It does prove they aren't overly concerned (sarcasm) about winning rivalry games and team pride.

I agree. Yeboah is an idiot but Elijah it does him no favors to play in this game a potentially get hurt. I had also heard he may be hurt a little and probably would t play anyway.

Gotta think about it like this. Yes, it sucks and he looks like a quitter but he is projected first round with millions guaranteed. I personally would not quit on my team but I also wasn’t projected first round and set for life. So I’m not gonna hate on him. Now yeboah, he is fricking up. Edit; I heard this decision was made like 2 weeks ago, he just announced it today to make it harder on LSU

I’ve seen the rumors of both of them opting in here alone for over the last week.

I’m sure the coaches have been well informed and didn’t just find out.

Where is Moore being projected as a first rounder? If he is projected that high then I'm a little more understanding

Make it harder on LSU... why not announce Friday night or Saturday morning.

Heard in the radio an hour ago that kiper had him at 23.

Undisciplined midget wr's are in high demand in the nfl.

With knowing how LSU's secondary is struggling I think Moore could have had a record game which could have given him a huge jump in the draft.

Does a player opting out have an adverse effect on their draft stock? Do teams look at this and see that they "quit" on their team before the season is done?

I think taking a chance of injury is the main case here. Look I agree with you all, I always believe you finish what you start. I’m just not gonna bash the kid cause he has a chance at millions when the game was supposed to be played weeks ago in an already fricked up schedule. Normally by This time they would have had an agent and training for the draft. As I said earlier, Kenny is making a big mistake.

I've looked at a couple of mock drafts and no one has had him going in the first round.

I never understood the ones who agree with opting out due to the risk of injury factor. If that was the case then why play at all during the season. An injury could happen in any game during the year. Hell, he could have injured himself during the eggbowl. I've also heard of players injuring themselves during the combine or workouts leading up to it. Just finish what you started.

That’s a good point as well and I agree. I really hope this dosnt become a regular occurrence. My whole point was I wasn’t. Gonna hate on him for making that decision. Personally, I wouldn’t do it but I never have had a chance to make millions either. I’ve haven’t had a chance to search all the mock drafts and was just going off what they said on the radio.

Yeboah surprises me. He’s a late round pick at best, why not try and have a big game with moore out to boost your stock? He hasn’t played well lately. That said they both made this miserable year a little more enjoyable to I wish them both the best and hopefully long nfl careers
