There are going to be so many lawsuits for people falling through the bleachers! OMG!

I really doubt they leave those gaps wide open like that.

Can't do that. I got fricking kicked out of the student section against Bama when we upset them because I was being too loud because I was stomping and yelling "too" loud.
No fricking joke.

From the renderings they showed they act like they're adding concrete

They could be putting in the concrete still or the renderings are just a complete lie.

Well there are already differences. No arches(good), overhangs(weird), what's next?

LINK Ross tweeted this to someone the other day when they asked about the gaps.

Sorry guys, I was a little worked up about the endzone after a few drinks last night . I'm still pissed, just not in denial. It'll be 20 years before we do anything else to the north and I'm happy we made an upgrade. It's cool with me as long as the new pressbox isn't made of aluminum.

Not if one of us inevitably becomes a Billionaire. And Ole Miss wins a natty.

I think you have to be realistic. The press box side needs to be the next up grade. It needs to mirror the SEZ. The next step will be the east side luxury boxes. They should mirror the new press box side. Finally, you would see the NEZ completed to match the SEZ.

All would be impressive upgrades and all will cost big money. It will take time. I was in school during the late 80's and it's taken 30 years to get the NEZ bowled in.

Now if you could get an SEC championship and NC appearance or win in the next few years. The incoming money might speed things up.

New administration as well. The old admin was looking to cut corners and save money everywhere. Ross at least spends the money he raises.

You would think they would to the concrete first.

I honestly don't care if what see now is what we get.

I don't mind steel framing as Texas A&M has proven that you can build a palace out of that stuff. What I don't like is full metal stands. It's going to look, feel, and sound cheap.

Liquids are probably gonna leak through the bleachers to the concourse.

Of course they will. Imagine the amount of liquid being spilled in our student section after a touchdown. I wouldn't be surprised to hear some serious complaints considering the way the girls dress up

I seriously don't think they will leave it open. They will have to keep items from falling through the bleachers, along with fluid dripping down to the concourse.

I was thinking more along the lines of metal bleachers not being water tight even if they close the gaps. There will be stalactites of liquor and coke hanging from the cracks after every season

I mean, they could still seal it with concrete (like the rendering shows). It wouldn't surprise me if they didn't though.
