A brick facade to the outside of the stadium would really tie it to the new arena.
I hope that's in the plans along with renovating the east and west sides of the stadium in phase two.

Yeah, the bottom pic is so much better. I like the symmetry with the NEZ and SEZ.

bump it to an extra 50mil and do it all. Build it and maybe they will come. We could fill that which is about 72,000 I would think. At most 8 years and we could fill it.

I wasn't really talking about the size, but more so the aesthetic appeal. I'm female, I like things to look pretty, and the latest renderings aren't.

This was the first rendering Forward Together put up a few years ago, and as someone else mentioned above, it appears as if we are now half assing the project.

When we expanded to 50k, people said that we would never fill it. Well, we kept it pretty much sold out from that point on. There have been some bad non conference games but for the most part we fill VHS pretty well.

I am a firm believer in build and they will come. Size isn't as big an issue as the money it would take and wasted money at that (tearing down building and Video Board). We generate almost the same amount of revenue (same number of suites and club seats added) at half the cost with Bjorks plan. But it's not only about spending money wisely, we don't even have the money for the cheaper version yet, much less enough to do what Pete wanted. In the end, who do you trust more, Bjork or Boone?

I just want to know if they are going to put some bathrooms in the damn place. The bathroom situation at VH has to be as bad as it could be. I think that dump in Bham had more bathrooms.
