Well the say UGA because of Tunsil and Bama because of that running back Bo. Both have lead to nothing and they just have to hold on to hope.
No State fan can answer why there are zero examples of the NCAA going through a NOA process while still investigating the same school. But there are examples of the NCAA sending an NOA and if they find more to investigate they stop the NOA process till the new one is sent out. They are just making stuff up.
