Guys I don't mean to pump sunshine but this isn't a terrible class. Especially given the circumstances. We really addressed our needs at LB and hopefully Gates & Webster come back 100% next year.

Definitely a subpar signing day but this staff is making an impact. We've stocked linebackers, added depth to a young secondary and if we hang on to Murchison, there's some players for the DL with Winters and Anderson already on campus.

Wilkins back at RB with Swinney and Pennamon.
Webster back at CB. Several solid DL back like Speaks and Haynes and Evans. Gates back at LB and now well have depth to spell him.

Of course we didn't recruit him, we did the patent pending never fail put all of your eggs in one basket because there is no way you will lose that player. Don't even think about recruiting others at that position. It had never failed before why would it this year.
It's not like we could have had Ty Chandler or anything......

I know we have talent on the offense but what are our expectations for LB & safety this year? Did Dukes really transfer or was that people just melting?

This staff is working it's arse off. This class isn't a star studded class, but they are beating out teams for some talented guys.

Shoot, the last 247 rankings (haven't looked at others) have us at No. 35. We certainly weren't the 35th best team in the country at the end of last season. That coupled with the elephant in the room, I'd say it's been a pretty damn good day so far.

Great point. We keep bringing up the NCAA, but we sucked arse at the end there and failed to make a bowl and lost to shitty MSU.
