That OSU 247 guy writes all his stories like guys are about to flip to OSU. Example: Richmond last year. That whole fanbase is like Bama, can't fathom that they could get out recruited or a kid would want to go elsewhere.

Yeah, I think Freeze has established himself pretty well in Meridian.
We've gotten CJ Hampton, and it sounds like Daniel Crowell and Quincy Lenton want to hop on board as well.
I can't think of any players that we've wanted that we've missed on out of Meridian since Hugh got here, can you?

Freeze has done well there (despite the lack of D1 talent recently), but losing Crowell certainly wouldn't help to establish a "pipeline".
I feel like MSU kind of hurt themselves with the Russell situation. Is that not the case?

The only player that has come out of there since him is CJ, right?
There's four there this year and no one is getting a clean sweep. I don't know if either school will ever have a pipeline there. Meridian is pretty divided as far as the population goes, whereas schools like USP and WP are pretty true to their Universities.

Just seems odd that you would make fun of Key West for being gay when Midtown Atlanta is the gayest thing since gay came to gay town.

I thought I remembered something about the Meridian coach being upset with how Russell was treated with the whole Dak thing his senior year. Maybe I'm mistaken.

Yeah he's the only one I can find. But getting Crowell and Lenton would certainly help.
