That's what I'd encourage my son (If I had one and he was a one and done type talent) to do if he was a blue chip basketball player... Move over seas for a year, learn to live on your own , learn to budget money for bills and living expenses... Make about 750k... All while learning a foreign language and hopefully getting a little culture while also gaining perspective on life... You know, all the shite you DONT do during your freshman year of college here in the US.

No doubt. It's a no-brainer.

If I had a son I would rather him head to Ole Miss so I wouldn't have him being so far away. It would also be awesome seeing him ball out for my favorite team.

That's pretty selfish of you.

Okay fine then. Enjoy no NCAA tournament for Ole Miss

I think you gain so much that first year of college. My friends today are guys I met my freshman year. I'd rather my son play here in the states so I could come watch him play, learn to "survive" and grow up without being thrown directly into a league with grown men. No need to grow up too fast. That one year can serve as a transition year.

Yeah...because you saw them your sophomore-senior years. Reggie is completely right here.

Think we will try the full court press on him since it looks like McMillon is heading to Bama?

I'm guessing Engie's take on the inevitable flip will be "We were filling up fast and he just wasn't a priority. We've got bigger fish wanting in"

Patterson maybe?
Ordway?
Auburn JC CB flip?
If it's Lewis I'm going streaking throughout Hattiesburg
