I feel ya. And Im not getting my hopes up. The bottom line is we aren't going to have a winning season in the fall. That is going to hurt us recruiting, which means we won't land everyone we lead for. But I am excited, that we are doing this well after a two win season. It means freeze is a hell f a recruiter. But I am happy state fans, well you, have learned your lesson when it comes thinking you have kids in the bag.

Without a doubt state has been putting together some good recruiting classes under Mullin. It'll be interesting to see if he can keep it up with Freeze recruting his arse off now though. Im not sure Mississippi is big enaugh for 2 big time recruting programs... Im not saying Freeze will come out on top over Mullin, im just saying it'll be interesting to see it play out over the next few seasons

With thw new offence that Freeze is bringing in, will he bother to go after an big power backs or will we begin to see a shift in only recruiting speed backs who can catch, sort of like Texas Tech or Oklahoma State?

There isn't a particular back that is perfect for his system. I think scat backs are better off in his system than a power I, but there isn't a particular back he wants. He just wants the best RB available. He signed three different types in Feb, and will sign the best he can get. One thing people don't understand is this staff really likes to run the ball, we might not run a lot because we don't have any backs, but the second most important skill position on the O is the RB, not WR

With Mark Dodson Jr. announcing Monday morning, any idea where he'll go. I think he'll announce to us but he says that there is no leader right now... any thoughts on where he is going?

He's alright, but unless Nkemdiche is coming with him I'm not really worried about getting him. The only 3 schools that have offered him are the 3 that are trying to compete with Bama for Nkemdiche

I wonder what Kailo Moore and Ashton Shumpert think about OM already having 2 RBs committed.
Also, shouldn't OM be recruiting some offensive linemen to block for your backs.
