Well of course, but most people (black and white, although you probably see it more with blacks) think that submitting and doing what you're told makes you weak or some sort of pussy.

Since my last speeding ticket at age 17, I've been pulled over roughly 7 or 8 more times since then. Every time, I pull over ASAP, roll down my windows, turn off the car, have my info waiting in my lap, put my hands on the steering wheel, and am polite. Every time I've gotten off with a warning. It's not hard...don't act a fool and you won't give people a reason to hassle you.

aren't there reports out now that the guy was in some atv accident a few weeks prior that did some damage? I think I read somethign about that, and allstate was in the process of settling with his family over his injuries.
