I'd change my name to Jack Wallace and move down to the Gulf and work on a deep sea fishing charter boat. Probably near Destin/Ft. Walton.

I would join the Amish, change my name to Ezekiel Yoder, and have two farms, one in Intercourse, Pa., and the other in Climax, Pa. (although I wouldn't go full Amish...still gotta have my tv and internet).
