I hope they're building an in-house enema room. Otherwise, the smell is going to be intolerable in no time.

I can agree with this, but what are you going to do? Build half arse cheap o rooms to stay in? Its not in our blood. When A&M does something, they do it right, and its one of the best in the nation every time.

I'd rather Spence Park get a massive renovation than dorms get an extra $5-$10 mil in amenities, but I know this is not the way the world works. Kids today have daddy's money and they demand the best. We have to comply.

This is all a wash then. Isn't TAMU the largest school in the SEC by a wide margin? It would only make sense for them to have more student housing available.
