No parts of Atlanta. Our black people are superior to the Missouri black people apparently. Recent article in Atlanta paper quoted folks here saying the ferguson folks aren't doing it right when is comes to protesting.

Maybe north br. I'd say north east la but they are so poor they can't even buy lighter fluid
