All my nightmares since I can remember have been me running from something. A lot of my non-nightmares also have me running from something as well. Sometimes I know what it is, like an angry mob or a robot assassin, sometimes it's just an evil presence.

I have flying dreams, but I'm always being chased by either something else that flys or I have trouble staying aloft. Sometimes people or a person is with me, sometimes I'm alone.

I'd say about 95% of my dreams are me being chased, 5% are sexual in nature. Interpretations?

Most of the time when I'm fleeing in my dreams it's from the police, and I have quite a horrible feeling when I wake up from those ones. I can only assume the brain is bored and trying to figure some way to keep itself entertained while the majority of it is shut off.

Mark Richt has lost control of your dreams.

Seriously, dont know if you exercise, but a good walk in the evening or a run would help you. Releases stress and increases endorphins.
