The first vehicle I ever bought was a 1986 Mercury Lynx, $6084 new, standard, no air.

20th anniversary turbo trans am, identical to this one. I had just turned 15, so it wasn't all mine, yet, but I claimed it & it became all mine.
I loved that frickin car. It's still my favorite out of any vehicle I've had. I wish I still had it.

Welp, then call me white trash because I've always loved Camaros & Trans Ams, Vettes, too, and probably always will. Not too much on Mustangs. As a matter of fact, I'm hoping my next automobile purchase will be a '69 Camaro.
I'm way beyond giving two fricks about people's opinions and labels. The only ones that matter to me are mine and those of people who actually matter to me. That comes with maturity. You'll enjoy it when you get there.

1987 mazda B2200.
I hit a S curve wrong in a dirt road and flipped it. My dad said eff it and drilled holes, popped out the dents had me learn how to replace glass. And then I drove it for 2 more years. It smoked and burned oil like nothing I've ever seen
Embarrassing

Yeah, both the '68 & '69 models are great. I really wanted a '69 convertible, but the '68 in red & white (of course) is really beautiful. I'm undecided, now.

My first real girlfriend drove one. It was almost 20 years old at the time, but it was in immaculate condition.

Bought it second hand from a dealer who got it from City of Cumming, GA. It was a Fire Battalion Chiefs vehicle.
