Nola is pretty cool as long as your not in a gang or the drug trade. The rest of the state is very meh.

I think most people like louisiana, but few actually respect the place. That's why visitors often show such bad behavior.

It's just viewed as a place with great food where you can get fricked up and blow off steam.

NOLA is always a fun trip.

This past Sugar Bowl I got to visit different parts of the city, and I didn't realize how heavy the European presence was throughout the city. I was impressed.

Chicken is a great guy. I admire his business savvy. He is one of the great men of Louisiana.

I love Louisiana. Great food, fun culture, and good people.

I don't know if I'd move there, but I don't mind visiting.

Um. Food is good. Architecture is good in New Orleans. I've probably never been to the nicer areas of Louisiana, like northshore, so I'll just say those things.

LSU is in it. So it must suck.

In all seriousness though I don't have very much time spent in Louisiana. It's not that bad outside of the few coonasses I've come into contact with. But you can say that about any state. The people are friendly when LSU isn't playing against Ole Miss. Even then, I've had random people call me and some friends over to their tailgate to have some jambalaya. The food is incredible and I love the architecture in NOLA.

Louisiana is weird. Mississippi, Alabama, and really Georgia's cultures are almost identical. Louisiana is just so drastically different from all of their neighboring states though. That's what happens though when you're a French colony surrounded by Spanish colonies.

I visited NOLA once for the King Tut exhibit. Stayed in the French Quarter. Took a tour of the city. Felt like I was in another country. Liked it.
