I have 3 of them:

1. Going to Doctor/Dentist. My heartbeat just sky rockets and anxiety builds to a scary level at times they've had to sedate me for a regular Doc appointment. Going to Oral Surgeon tomorrow so I'm already getting sick to stomach.

2. Heights hate them won't get past 2nd step of ladder hate flying

3. Public Speaking I hate it I freeze and want to puke. Was okay in front of crowds during FB and BB games but speaking is terrifying to me. It's awful first two days of school for me.

Having my limbs, eyes, ears and tongue removed and being forced to exist inside my mind alone for eternity with no way of communicating with anyone.

And becoming a Tennessee fan.

The depths of the ocean

Spiders

Outer space freaks me out, too, but, like the ocean, I'm never going out there

Not many anymore, thank you God, but I do still have an irrational fear of wolves, it comes from reading White Fang at way to young an age(6 years old). Been scared of them ever since.

None

I think most fears are fears of the unknown. The older you get the more you experience so the more you know. At my age I am mostly surprised I did not win the Darwin Award in my youth on many occasions as back then I was too stupid to actually fear the crap that should have killed me back then.

If I had to list three off the top of my head (in no order):

1. I agree on the public speaking. I hate/dread it. Unfortunately/Ironically I do it quite often. I give long presentations for my job (thirty minutes to a couple hours) to groups ranging from 50 to 1250 people several times a year. I have been doing this for close to ten years. Still hate it. Always assumed it would get better. Have thought about quitting, but even though I have to do it frequently it's still a small part of my job and I otherwise really like my job.

2. Somehow losing health and becoming a burden on others. I am usually the "caretaker" in my family and fear there ever being a role reversal.

3. I definitely don't want to go to jail.

Nothing, once I accepted that I will eventually die and there is nothing I can do to stop that I kinda just stopped fearing everything.

Death. The fear of no afterlife is scary and having a finite amount of time to be me is extremely scary.

Swimming out in the ocean and a shark coming at me. Luckily I'll never go in the ocean deep enough for that to happen. I'm kind of scared of the ocean in general.

Also, being trapped in non stop sleep paralysis and not waking up.
