I've seen them before with Brian Johnson in about 2008 or so. Was the best concert I've been to.

Wouldn't be that excited to see them with Axl Rose.

Supposedly he has done a damn good job. Which is surprising considering how full of himself he has always been and how big of a recluse he is. I listened to some sound bites of him singing some of their best songs and he was nailing it. I think people just want to hate it but he's actually a hell of a singer.

They're loud but I'll go with Judas Priest in their prime.

I've watched some of the videos, but it just sounds off to me. I'm also not the biggest GnR fan. I even watched many of the videos from the same concert the OP went to and I just can't get that into it because of Axl.

Would love to meet Angus in person just to see for myself that he is a little short shite lol. Love his interviews, guy knows where he came from and how lucky he has been to be where he is today

I'll be at the New Orleans show in late July. Looking forward to it. Heard good things so far so let's hope Axl keeps it up (and doesn't break his foot again)

Saw them on the Razor's Edge tour at the Long Beach Arena. Back when Johnson still sounded great. Man, it was crazy.

Not sure about Axl, though. I've heard some of their recent shows -- just not feeling it.

I have seen them 4 times -

Blow Up Your Video 1988 - My first concert without parents
The Razor's Edge 1991
Stiff Upper Lip 2001
Black Ice 2009

All the shows were amazing. I don't think I could go see them now with Axl.
