Are y'all crazy? This kid was intentionally provoking the cop just to be cool.

This is the same thing as putting your hand an inch away from someone's face and say "I'm not touching you, I'm not touching you."

From the way the cop was talking I got the impression it wasn't the first time this guy had followed him around. Or it had at least been happening a lot over the past few days.

Depends on the department. Some do. Some don't.

That guys was just so unbelievably douchey. I'm sure the cop doesn't go to his job and knock the cocks out his mouth.

Even if this was the case, he's a fricking Cop, you are (supposedly) held to higher standards than an average citizen and rightfully so.

Of course really we all know Cops can do no wrong and citizens are the ones with expectations placed on them.

If the same car is following you around and hovering over a crime scene it seems reasonable to ask that guy some questions. I don't think you need to have a charge ready when you pull someone over. I could be mistaken on that.

I am sure cops are allowed to pull over suspicious vehicles near crime scenes. At least they better be, that kind of sounds like a major part of their job.

You'd be correct. Those same cars are free to leave at anytime. They just never realize it.

You appear to have a high tolerance to people being a-holes.

He asked if he was free to go multiple times and the cop never told him yes

Cop doesn't have too. As long as he didn't say no he would be in the clear.

They both were in the wrong, but only one lost his cool and looked like an idiot. The other just looked like a douche.

Id rather be an idiot than a douche though.

Judge rules: cop wins this match on a split decision.

Maybe but it's fun to laugh at the fat cop for losing his cool.

And I'm still laughing at the guy wanting to press charges for assault.

There are anti-cruising laws in some bigger California cities, if you're spotted going through the same traffic light more than three times in an hour, you can get a ticket.

Let me give you some free advice. Never have kids. If you think this punk kid was in the right then you are in for a world of hurt when your disillusionment is shattered the first time your kid starts smarting off to you.

The thing is that neither of these douches in this video are worth emulating. You have one idiot harassing small town cops and a small town cop harassing a guy he knows is harassing him. Screw them both.
