And here we go. So typical. Why not go ahead and say "Do you know who I am??"
Let me give you some free advice. Never have kids. If you think this punk kid was in the right then you are in for a world of hurt when your disillusionment is shattered the first time your kid starts smarting off to you.
But keep remembering: those in authority must bow down to the a-holes. You'll do great as a parent

????
Are you trying to tell me my life isn't real? lol
I repeat, my entire family works or has worked in the criminal justice system, one of whom being a federal magistrate.
You've yet to explain how my understanding of the law is "minute" Mr. Fed

Tad bit.
You know my hatred for stupidity. Combine that with my hatred for cults and that's what happens.

He told me my understanding of the law was not up to par, which isn't the case because of how I was raised and who I was raised around.
That's why I mentioned it.
Where I come from, Police Officers are supposed to serve the people not antagonize them.
Not my fault you want to live in the second coming of Gestapo Germany.

I wish the cop would have pepper sprayed that little douche nozzle.

Driving around a crime scene repeatedly is suspicious as frick. That's good enough reason to get pulled over right there.
At that point you can either explain what the frick your dumbass was doing circling a crime scene, or you can act like a whiny bitch like this kid. One will get you a nice cop, while one gets you a fricking human reaction.
frick this little twat and his a-hole girlfriend. I hope they're both sterile.

So, you're just admitting to be clueless of your own accord?

So after determining that the driver had nothing to do with the crime scene why is the Cop being such a bitch and playing into the kids hands?
Walk away from the situation and focus on doing your fricking job, HE'S the police officer, the expectation of responsibility falls solely on him. Or does that just make too much sense for you people?

frick that cop. He should be riding a desk for the rest of his career.

frick that fat pig. He was doing great until the end when he lost his control. If he would of been the only cop there, who knows how it would of went down. Also, if a person yelled at a cop and was all up in his face like he was at the end, calling him a chicken piece of shite pussy or something like that, then the cop would of arrested him. But a cop does it to a citizen who has done nothing illegal, and he wont get punished.
Also how is someone driving around 5 times in teh same area illegal? Yeah following a cop isn't the best thing to do, if that is what really happened, but I've had cops get behind me and follow me. Did I think the cops were obstructing my freedom by following me? No!
edit: If they didnt want anyone driving around the crime scene, then tape it off or block the roads. So no one can obstruct their policing. problem solved. Also, there has been times where I've seen cops pulling someone over or something, only to circle around and check it out again, so whats the problem?

I only go through about a little bit because the driver was such a pretentious douche so I missed the cop blow up on him.
Well that is a part of their job. If you follow me around all day or circle me a number of times I will approach you and tell you to stop. If you express that it is your right to follow me around all day and continue to do such, I would call the cops and try and charge you with harassment.

It's not illegal, it's suspicious as hell though and that cop had every right to pull him over. I don't get why people have to be such dicks to cops. Sure maybe a cop is a douche to you, being one back doesn't improve your situation at all. If that guy had calmly told the cop he was just curious or whatever I doubt this would have been a thread. The guy provoked the cop, and the cop being a regular dude responded. He shouldn't have lost his temper but it's easy to see why he did. It would be a travesty if the cop was brought up on assault charges or faced any repercussions for this.

I am guessing this has been addressed before but do cops not have to go through some sort of yearly fitness test? Is it just one time and they are done?
