If you are so concerned about missing class, a test, & having your mom leave her job; why did you knowingly do something that would/could cause those things to happen? Bottom line is you made a conscious choice to wear what you did & now you have consequences.

Why isn't that a viable lineup of favorite teams?

You're a fan of 6 teams, none of which are in the same state, and only 1 of which is in the state you reside.

It's just very bandwagony. And yes, I'm fully aware that bama has no pro sports teams.

Bandwagon? My dad is a spurs fan. So I'm a Spurs fan. I go to Rays games every summer because that's where my nana and extended family live. So I'm a rays fan. I go to saints games every season, so I'm a saints fan. My dad has a friend who played for the mets in 86' so I root for the mets but I'm not a fan. I'm an Alabama fan because I live here and I'm going there in 2 years. I am a blues fan because I decided to be. What's wrong with that?

I had a dress code in HS and while it was lame, just follow the rules and your life will be easier. Simple as that.

One day you will look at high schoolers and understand why faculty and staff want to strangle them. You have to remember that your minor issue is just fuel on a million other fires started by students who make their job difficult. Does not always mean they are right, but dealing with young people is a challenge.

A lot of jobs require some kind of dress code/guideline. And we're talking all the way from CEOs wearing shirt and ties to an employee flipping burgers in a McDonald's polo and pants. Such is life. DWI.

That said, what the hell else did you do to be held out of two classes for a uniform infraction?

Cheers to being a Spurs fan. They are the greatest North American Sports franchise over your lifetime, so I'm not sure why anyone would question your fandom.

If you really think the principal is a dick you need to up your game. Next week you should show up in just a wife beater and an adult diaper. That'll show him.
