I hope they get kicked out of school of school for this BS. Take that shite back to GA.
Yeah I can't believe they're bringing that GA bigotry into the bastion of tolerance and refinement that is Mississippi.
But I hope they get booted and no criminal charges are brought. That's what SHOULD happen, but I won't be surprised to see the DOJ spend a million bucks to keep this in the news. Keeping the "south is a backwards place" narrative up is vital for those who want to bring back some form of the struck down VRA provisions.

I did a lot of dumb shite as a freshman at Auburn, nothing this bad, but I know how fricking scared I'd be right now...you've been in school for a semester and now you have to tell your parents why you're not welcome at school anymore

Not to mention the whole possible hate crime charge

WTF? Yes it was absolutely horrible and I know that Ole Miss needs to protect their image especially in racism type cases but there has to be a better way to spend 25k. Rape/violence investigations etc.

Funny, nobody saw these dumbasses. But the University is all over it. Practically solving it in a matter of days. Yet, some poor dude is beaten mercilessly by football players in front of dozens of people, who I gaurantee you didn't 100% of remain silent, and it's a year later before anyone knows about it. And even then, the university is like "we don't know nuthin, nobody seen nuthin, not a big deal, leave us alone and go way!"

Ole Miss has taken up a scorched earth policy on racism, showing that they will go to great lengths to prevent it

There's no way anything is held up, but I think the schools wants all the stops pulled to at least scare the shite out of people

I am thinking that I don't know enough about the history of racism (other than the "Rebels" "confederate flag" etc) on the campus of Ole Miss.
Safe to assume there is a tolerance class required for all incoming freshman?

First off, yea someone did see them. Second, what does this statement even mean? Of course the university is all over it, my God.

Of course you believe every word of that story.

Verbatim. Jones, Bjork, and Freeze all said this. Fact.

University had this info Wednesday afternoon.
No charges yet?
Are they still searching the law books since there was no desecration?

Both happened. Most of your OM buddies will admit to the NK thing as real.

I personally think the noose makes this an act of terrorism and a hate crime, and I'd prosecute it as such if it were up to me...which it fortunately isn't.
