Hot women, it's in Austin (though it is the fastest growing city in America), good academics, fun drugs, and has a very good athletic program in the big 3 (4 national titles in football, 3 final fours in basketball, 6 national titles in baseball and 6-time runner up).
Lot of people hate them for their arrogance, but I would say a lot of people from around the country envy them.

And you being an Aggie fan has no affect on that right?
I'm sure there are many factors that people look at that can persuade them not to go there, but in terms of choosing a college, you really can't ask for more than what they have to offer. No college is perfect.
